The Philadelphia Phillies shut out the Baltimore Orioles 8-0 Sunday as Bryan De La Cruz homered and drove in three runs to lead a balanced Philadelphia attack.

De La Cruz went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run, while Justin Crawford added two hits, two RBIs and two runs scored. Bryce Harper also went deep, finishing 1-for-3 with a home run and an RBI.

Philadelphia built its lead methodically, scoring two in the third, one in the fifth and three more in the sixth to put the game away. Baltimore's pitching staff allowed eight runs across four arms, with Albert Suárez and Anthony Nunez combining to give up five runs in two innings of relief work.

Kyle Bradish took the loss, allowing two earned runs over three innings with three strikeouts. The Orioles were held to four hits on the afternoon, with Gunnar Henderson, Jackson Holliday, Christian Encarnacion-Strand, Leody Taveras and Colton Cowser all failing to reach base.
