The Baltimore Ravens signed linebacker Carl Jones Jr to the practice squad on Thursday, Oct. 1.
Jones, 25, has two seasons of NFL experience and played college football at UCLA.
Practice squad players work with the team every week but aren't on the 53-man roster. They can be elevated for games or promoted, and other teams are allowed to sign them to their own active rosters.
Also on Oct. 1, the Ravens released inside linebacker Jamon Johnson from the practice squad.
