The Baltimore Ravens waived linebacker Carl Jones Jr on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
Jones, 25, has two seasons of NFL experience and played college football at UCLA.
Players with fewer than four accrued seasons go through waivers when they're cut. If Jones goes unclaimed, he becomes a free agent and could return to Baltimore, including on the practice squad.
Also on Oct. 20, the Ravens signed kicker Jake Moody to the practice squad.
