The Baltimore Orioles recalled right-hander Cameron Foster from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday, Sept. 28.
A recall moves a player who is already on the 40-man roster up to the major league club, so it doesn't require a corresponding 40-man move.
Also on Sept. 28, the Orioles activated outfielder Luis Robert Jr from the 10-day injured list, the Orioles activated second baseman Jackson Holliday from the 10-day injured list and the Orioles activated third baseman Blaze Alexander from the 10-day injured list.
