The Baltimore Orioles activated right-hander Ryan Helsley from the 60-day injured list on Monday, Nov. 2.
Helsley, 32, is a native of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. In 2026, Helsley posted a 4.11 ERA with 21 strikeouts and nine walks over 15 1/3 innings in 17 major league appearances. He converted eight saves.
Coming off the 60-day injured list puts a player back on the 40-man roster, so the move usually comes with a corresponding 40-man transaction.
Also on Nov. 2, first baseman Ryan Mountcastle elected free agency, the Orioles claimed left-hander Philip Abner off waivers from the New York Mets and the Orioles claimed right-hander Josh White off waivers from the Miami Marlins.
