Today, Major League Baseball released its 2027 regular season schedule, some could say in an effort to promote the idea of next season actually starting and finishing without delay or interruption due to labor issues.
Presuming there is no hang-up because of an expected dispute between MLB and the Major League Baseball Players’ Union as the sides negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement, the Orioles’ season will begin on March 25 in Tampa Bay against the Rays.
After two more games there followed by a day off, Baltimore home opener is scheduled for Monday, March 29, 2027 against the Toronto Blue Jays.
A couple other items of note:
The Orioles will play four series against each AL East opponent, two at home and two on the road.
The Orioles’ “Beltway Series” games against the Washington Nationals are slated for May 25-27 in Washington and July 16-18 at Camden Yards.
Baltimore will host games on Mother’s Day (May 9 vs. Chicago White Sox), Memorial Day (May 31 vs. New York Mets), and Labor Day (September 6 vs. Tampa Bay).
The O’s are set to close the 2027 season with a three-game series against the New York Yankees.
Here’s a visual of game dates and opponents and locations for 2027.

Now, on with 2026.
