A system on the rise again. Baltimore’s farm jumped back into the top tier in 2026 thanks to the draft and deadline deals for Adley Rutschman, Dean Kremer and Tyler Wells. Of the 30 players below, 17 were drafted by the Orioles, eight came in trades, four signed internationally and one signed as an undrafted free agent. Samuel Basallo and Dylan Beavers, the top two names entering 2026, spent the season in the majors and are no longer on the list. New general manager Jared Banner now oversees player development.
