What We Do

Baltimore Sports Feed is an independent sports publication and resource built for Baltimore fans. We cover the Orioles, Ravens, Terrapins, Navy Midshipmen, and the full range of Baltimore-area sports — from lacrosse to colleges, high school athletics, and devoted basketball and soccer communities — with the same seriousness the city brings to watching them.

The idea is simple: one place for all of it. You can come for the Orioles box score and leave. Or you can stay for the deep dive on Gunnar Henderson's contract situation, the Maryland football recruiting breakdown, or the Ravnes' playoff outlook. Schedules, rosters, player profiles, live standings, and GameCenter pages are all here as a permanent resource — not just when there's news, and we don't bury the score under five paragraphs of throat-clearing.

We've followed Baltimore sports for nearly 20 years. That means we remember the lean Orioles seasons before the rebuild, the Ravens dynasties, the era when lacrosse in Baltimore meant Hopkins in the NCAA tournament and not much else nationally. Our Approach

We use live data — MLB Stats API, ESPN feeds, real-time standings — so scores, stats, and standings reflect what's actually happening, not what was true when the page was last manually updated. Features such as game previews are generated each morning with real matchup breakdowns, a look at team or player recent form, and current standings context, then reviewed and edited before going live.

Player profiles go deeper than a stats page and are designed as a lasting resource. The Gunnar Henderson page covers his career arc, contract situation, and why his 2024 season belongs in the conversation for best offensive season by an Orioles shortstop since Cal Ripken Jr. The Malik Washington page covers his NIL deals, freshman records, and what it means that a kid from Glen Burnie chose to stay home and play for Maryland.
