The Orioles' Rookie-level affiliate in FCL Orioles activated left-hander Andy Fabian from the 60-day injured list on Monday, Nov. 2.
Fabian, 23, is a native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2026, Fabian posted a 6.39 ERA with 14 strikeouts and 10 walks over 12 2/3 innings in 11 Rookie-level appearances. He converted three saves. He has not yet made his major league debut.
Coming off the 60-day injured list puts a player back on the 40-man roster, so the move usually comes with a corresponding 40-man transaction.
Also on Nov. 2, Dominican Summer League Orioles Orange activated right-hander Roynel Confidente from the 60-day injured list, Dominican Summer League Orioles Black activated left-hander Darling Valencio from the 60-day injured list and Dominican Summer League Orioles Black activated right-hander Roniel Joseph from the 60-day injured list.
