Nate Wiggins

Wiggins grew up in Atlanta and attended Westlake High School, where he was a four-star recruit. He chose Clemson and played three seasons there, earning first-team All-ACC honors in 2023 before declaring early. The Ravens took him 30th overall — the second pick in Baltimore's first-round pair, after offensive tackle Roger Rosengarten. He started from Day 1, which is unusual for a rookie corner, and he earned it: in Week 18 of his rookie season he picked off Bailey Zappe and returned it 26 yards for his first career touchdown. He's entering his third season as one of the AFC's emerging young boundary corners.

In his second NFL season Wiggins led the Ravens in passes defensed and tied for the 12th-most in the league with 14. He played a career-high 1,024 defensive snaps — every week, the full game, on the outside. He set career bests in tackles, passes defensed, and interceptions, including a 60-yard return of a Joe Flacco interception in Cleveland and picks off Caleb Williams and Shedeur Sanders. He dealt with a foot injury in December that eventually required offseason surgery, but he didn't miss a game. The Ravens enter 2026 with five first-round picks in their secondary — Wiggins, Kyle Hamilton, Marlon Humphrey, Marcus Williams, and newly acquired Jaire Alexander — and Wiggins is already one of the starters you build around.

At Clemson over three seasons, Wiggins recorded 50 tackles, three interceptions, and 24 pass breakups. He earned First-Team All-ACC in 2023 — his final season — and was named a top draft prospect well before the process started. He ran a 4.28 at the Combine in February 2024, which removed any remaining doubt about where he'd go.
